3. Payments & Pricing

• We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance covering trip cancellation, health emergencies, theft, and other unforeseen events.

• Mother Sky Travels is not responsible for visa refusals or delays caused by consulates or embassies.

• Itineraries are subject to change due to weather, traffic, operational issues, or force majeure events.

• Mother Sky Travels reserves the right to amend tour routes, transportation, accommodation, or inclusions, ensuring minimal impact on the overall experience.

• Travelers must disclose any medical conditions prior to booking and must be fit for travel.

• Clients must respect local customs, laws, and fellow travelers. Inappropriate or disruptive behavior may result in removal from the tour without refund.
